Ideas to Action: Using change management to get things done

Midwives face numerous challenges each day in providing high-quality, compassionate care. While we often recognize the problems and have innovative ideas to address them, turning those ideas into action can be difficult. This interactive webinar offers a practical strategy for moving from insight to implementation through a structured change management approach. Participants will learn how to deeply understand the issue, create alignment among stakeholders, and implement small tests of change to introduce new ideas gradually. There will be opportunities to discuss common barriers to change with exploration on how to address them. The session will provide a clear roadmap to guide quality improvement initiatives in midwifery care, equipping attendees with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration needed to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
