ACNM Joins Amicus Brief on HR 1 Provisions Denying Access to Critical Care

ACNM recently joined an amicus brief with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and other health care organizations for the case Planned Parenthood v. Kennedy. This case involves a provision of H.R. 1 which defunds Planned Parenthood and several other large health care options that offer reproductive health care services by making them ineligible for reimbursement under Medicaid.
