This year, ACNM has partnered with Orchid Event Solutions as our official housing company in order to provide a hassle-free booking process for attendees at ACNM designated hotels, offering discounted hotel rates for all tastes and budgets. We ask that you use only the official ACNM hotels to book your stay for the ACNM 58th Annual Meeting. Click here to find out why.

Reservations

ACNM has designated three official hotels for the 2013 Annual Meeting: Renaissance Nashville Hotel, attached to the Nashville Convention Center where the Meeting will take place; Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel, within walking distance; and Best Western Nashville Hotel, also within walking distance. All reservations must be received by May 6, 2013, to guarantee availability and rates. See our housing map for hotel locations relative to the Convention Center.

NEW: Due to the overwhelming response to the meeting this year, we are sold out of our original hotel block. We use historical information to help us determine the number of rooms to protect and this year we held significantly more rooms than any previous year, yet we still sold out! We now are offering Homewood Suites which is a nearby hotel (very close walking distance). Included in the rate is breakfast and a light dinner. We will continue to research availability for additional rooms at the existing hotels as well as additional nearby hotels. Please contact Orchid for additional assistance.

Note: All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Please note, your credit card will NOT be charged at the time the reservation is made. As is the standard practice, your hotel will charge your card upon check-in, or they may process a one-night deposit on or after May 6, 2013. Cancellations received between May 6 and 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date, the deposit of one night's room and tax will be forfeited entirely. Please note that the ACNM housing company follows the same standard practices as those used when making a direct reservation.
