Membership & Data Licensing Coordinator
The American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM), a
professional association serving Certified Nurse-Midwives & Certified
Midwives in Silver Spring, MD, has an immediate opening for a Membership &
Data Licensing Coordinator.
Primary responsibilities include: responding to member
inquiries via phone and e-mail, performing data and payment updates in ACNM's
Impak association management database, assisting in the development,
implementation, and maintenance of marketing and retention programs for
membership, professional & career services, and data licensing programs, editing
and developing content for the membership section of the ACNM web site, and
researching and resolving routine data errors and inconsistencies.
The Membership & Data Licensing Coordinator also has primary
responsibility for the successful operation of ACNM's mailing list rental
program, assisting rental clients with orders, generating rental lists from the
ACNM database, and coordinating order invoicing with ACNM’s Finance dept.
Qualified candidates will have excellent oral and written
communication skills, 1+ year/s of experience in an individual professional
membership association environment, preferably in a membership, marketing or
operations capacity, be detail oriented & a self starter able to organize
workload and manage selected projects, proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel,
and Power Point, association management databases, and web site content
management systems, must be self motivated & dependable. Bachelor's degree
strongly preferred.
ACNM offers a salary in the low-to-mid 30s commensurate
w/ education & experience and a very competitive benefits package. ACNM is
