SUMMARY:The Faucett Review: an AMCB Certification Exam Prep
DESCRIPTION:Over the course of five hours\, participants will review pertinent content and test-taking strategies to prepare for the AMCB Certification exam for Certified Nurse-Midwives and Certified Midwives. Participants will learn innovative test-taking tips to help them tackle the exam and gain confidence in approaching standardized exam questions. The Faucett Review method involves four components: Content\, Discipline\, Realism\, and Strategy. Participants will need to watch the 3 and a half hours of video content prior to attending the live webinar.

DESCRIPTION:Midwives face numerous challenges each day in providing high-quality\, compassionate care. While we often recognize the problems and have innovative ideas to address them\, turning those ideas into action can be difficult. This interactive webinar offers a practical strategy for moving from insight to implementation through a structured change management approach. Participants will learn how to deeply understand the issue\, create alignment among stakeholders\, and implement small tests of change to introduce new ideas gradually. There will be opportunities to discuss common barriers to change with exploration on how to address them.
