Information for Speakers

Your participation as a speaker at the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) 61st Annual Meeting & Exhibition will be a key component to bringing maximum value to all attendees during the event, which is taking place at the Albuquerque Convention Center, Albuquerque, New Mexico May 21-26, 2016.

We are pleased to inform you that the Speaker Management tool is now available for your use and can be accessed via the link below. You will need to log-in with the email address that was provided at the time of your submission. You then will have access to complete all necessary information including, but not limited to: speaker agreement, adding co-presenters, and register for the meeting if you have not already done so - all through the convenience of this website.

***********All Workshop Presenters are required to bring their own laptops. Education Session Presenters do not as there will be a laptop in the session rooms.***********

As a reminder, final uploads for presentations is May 13, 2016. The file size should not exceed 10MB. Accepted formats are ppt/pptx/pdf/doc/docx. There will be no provision for producing paper handouts on site at the Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Please bring an updated PowerPoint presentation on a USB to the meeting in addition to uploading for attendee download. All speakers must report to the speaker ready room on or before 1 hour prior to presentation start time.
