a company called "Convention Housing Services" of Henderson, Nevada
(or any other company for that matter), telling you they are the "official"
housing service for the 2012 Annual Meeting & Exposition please do not do
business with them.
ACNM does not currently utilize a sleeping room housing service!
This is a scam that comes up from time to time. We have been advised by
the hotels not to utilize this company and to continue to encourage ACNM
attendees to contact the hotels directly. ACNM has contracted with two hotels
for the meeting: Hyatt Regency Long Beach and the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel.

ACNM is financially liable for all contracted rooms, whether the hotel sells
them or not. This is why we ask that you always book your rooms under the ACNM
room block. We work diligently to give all attendees the best overall
experience at our annual meeting and ask for your continued support.
